Pack:
Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
Five pull-ups
Five dips
15 Sit-ups
Damon WOD
AMRAP in twenty minutes of:
Five pull-ups (first two sets unassisted)
Ten Bench dips
15 Sit-ups
7 Rounds
